Tech Order Management Support
Provide life cycle sustainment support for aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities in the areas of technical data management/TOs, maintenance planning, design interface and supply support for MQ-9 and similar programs.
Provide advisory and draft documentation support to the Government for efforts relating to the acquisition of new development, production and modification/retrofit activities for the fielding and sustainment of the MQ-9 (or similar) systems.
Attend and provide advisory support during meetings with Contractors, suppliers, users and repairers to develop overall equipment support plans.
Provide advisory support to the Government in their function relating to efforts to compile, maintain and revise allowance lists, provisioning documents, or other designations of tools, parts and components necessary for the efficient operation and repair of equipment and systems. The Contractor shall make recommendations for Government consideration.
Support the review of layouts, engineering and production drawings, specifications and test reports. The Contractor shall identify potential issues and make recommendations for Government consideration.
Provide advisory and draft documentation support for the development and review of changes for updated or revised technical manuals, maintenance service letters, technical bulletins and a variety of supplementary documents such as supply catalogs to identify, interchange, substitute, and cannibalize parts and components.
Coordinate with program functional groups to ensure technical requirements are captured and included in appropriate documentation. The Contractor shall identify potential issues and make recommendations for Government consideration.
Provide advisory and draft documentation support for the analysis and development of contract language, CDRL, SOW and other program documentation.
Provide advisory support to the Government in their function of working with engineering personnel to assess system designs. The Contractor shall identify potential impacts to current support plans and reliability/maintainability impacts and make recommendations to the Government for consideration.
Provide advisory support for the analysis of equipment requirements. The Contractor shall prepare recommendations for Government consideration relating to potential implementation and risk mitigation strategies.
