Essential Functions include, but not limited to:  

  • Perform SharePoint administration duties. Content and account management. Add, delete, and update user permissions. Library creation and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain document repositories
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, Government, and senior management
  • Organize meetings, create agendas, create and distribute notes
  • Disseminate and track correspondence
  • Review and determine requirements in Requests for Quotes/Requests for Proposals
  • Perform quality control of documentation to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Perform pricing calculations
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to include formula generation
  • Create document templates in Microsoft Word
  • Perform configuration management of many forms of documentation
  • Create and maintain Contract Data Requirements Lists

Required Qualifications:

  •  Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  •  5-year’s SharePoint experience
  •  Must be able to obtain Secret Security Clearance
  •  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
