Position Summary:

The VTC/CRO Facilitator will support classified and unclassified video teleconferences for the AFRL Rocket Lab at Edwards AFB. In this role you will support organizational meetings, conferences, audio teleconferences and video teleconferences. Performs troubleshooting of equipment and connections to analyze, isolate and correct operational/technical issues. Coordinates multipoint video teleconferences.

This is a full-time position.


Schedule, coordinate, facilitate, and set up VTC requests/sessions, both secure and un-secure. Maintain VTC account information. Track, document, and brief management on VTC utilization trends. Resolve quality issues, perform as scheduler for VTCs and verify end point connections for VTC meetings. Provide daily VTC availability reports. Conduct basic troubleshooting. Sustain and configure VTC, cryptographic hardware, audio/visual switching, presentation computer, and projection system for assigned VTC systems. Includes testing of VTC systems, related communications devices, and peripheral equipment. Develop training materials, and train on-site personnel in the proper use of the VTC-A/V hardware/software. Provide presentation support, as required.

Required Skills/Education:

0-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. Must be DISA Tier 1 Facilitator trained. Must have knowledge of various AV technologies and software. Experience with MS Office. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Solid customer service skills, including good communication and the ability to demonstrate professionalism. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
