Job Description:

Serves as one of two contract managers and shall be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer to help resolve issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to the Basic Contract and Orders under the Basic Contract. Managerial and/or technical expertise or leadership directing and supporting a broad range of technical efforts requiring highly specialized and diverse knowledge.

Essential Duty Responsibilities:

  • Advising and assisting customers regarding the technical scope of the Basic Contract.
  • Provides all reporting information required under the Basic Contract accurately, thoroughly and timely.
  • Ability to resolve issues related to Order performance under the Basic contract.
  • Must attend meetings and conferences as necessary.
  • Manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources of various phases of projects.
  • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Required Skills/Education:

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • DoD 8570.01 IAM Level II Certification
  • Program Management Institute, PMP Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
  • 10 year’s IT Service Management Experience
