Job Title: Senior Equipment Specialist

Security Clearance Required: Must have Active Secret clearance to apply.

Job Description:

•           Accomplish studies, reviews and analysis of technical problems generated from a variety of sources; and, recommend appropriate corrective actions. Evaluate for technical adequacy and economic feasibility; and determine method of implementation.

•           Serve as the technical content manager for avionics systems and technical orders assigned; establish the requirement for and prepare TCTOs and technical orders for both field and depot level maintenance operations, repair inspection and testing of the complete weapon systems.

•           Assist with developing programs to be considered for use in ensuring the operation and evaluation of assigned systems; assist Government equipment specialists, integrators and engineers in conducting special research projects as assigned

•           Support trial installations, kit proofs, and TCTO/tech data verification; report findings, kit issues, and corrective actions and make recommendations to the responsible engineer or PM

•           Interface with all levels of program team members; and, participate in the various standing F-16 activities

•           Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Required Skills/Education:

Minimum 10 years F-16 aircraft avionics maintenance experience

Experience in aircraft avionics development, integration, and sustainment specific to the F-16 Aircraft

Education: Bachelors Degree

Years’ Experience: 10 Years
