Job Title: Senior Acquisition Program Manager

Security Clearance Required: Must have Active Secret clearance to apply.

Job Description:

Provide acquisition program management support the F-16 Program Office located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Successful candidate shall have the ability to:

•Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures to DoD, AF and sister service systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, including pre- and post-award project/program management tasks, and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles

•Assess progress in assigned projects including cost estimates, schedules, and performance against baseline requirements by applying US Government approved methods and procedures

•Assist with the development of documents such as: Statements of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Milestone Documentation

•Provide technical support, plan for, coordinate, and participate in integrated program reviews and conferences, including, but not limited to, the following: executive, readiness, technical, budget, design, weapon system, requirement working groups, supportability, and management reviews

Required Skills/Education:

Shall have a minimum of 10 years of Acquisition Management experience (Government or industry). Five (5) years must be in a Defense acquisition program office as either a program/project manager, IPT lead, or sub-IPT lead.

Education: Bachelors Degree
