Job Title: Configuration Management Admin Assistant

Security Clearance Required: Must have Active Secret clearance to apply.

Job Description:

Successful candidate will perform a wide range of configuration management (CM) and engineering data management (EDM) tasks related to the F-16 weapon systems, subsystems, and related equipment. Must be able to work successfully with all levels of engineering, program management, and F-16 leadership, including CM counterparts, AFLCMC directorates and headquarters, AFRL, HQ AFMC, ACC, DoD, prime contractors and subcontractors, and other government and private sector personnel.

Responsibilities include being able to:

* Assist users with selecting and tailoring data item descriptions (DIDs); preparing one-time and standard DIDs; and filling out data management forms related to Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)

* Administratively provide, track, and maintain current status of CDRLs

* Plan, draft, and monitor data calls, including integrating data into briefings and documentation

* Support Engineers and Program Managers in recording, tracking, and resolving deficiency reports (DRs)

* Assist Engineers and Program Managers by planning and conducting formal and informal engineering program reviews and meetings

* Handle administrative tasks associated with records management in MS SharePoint

Required Skills/Education:

Must have three (3) or more years of configuration management experience in a DoD acquisition program office. Proficient in MS Power Point, Word, Excel and SharePoint

Education: High School or GED Equivalent
