Job Description:

This position provides continual maintenance of a web-based management and automated information system solution that ensures the timely, complete and accurate transmission, collection, analysis and management of data from the DHASDCS to the Armed Forces Corporate Health Information Processing Service (AFCHIPS) databases. In the context of biometric data quality management, the web is an active and integral component. The web services are both a source of information on current biometric policies and guidance for data producers and a means of providing rapid feedback to Military Treatment Facility (MTF) commanders and managers regarding their success in meeting data submission and data quality standards.

The candidate shall provide services and support to the field in the following areas :

  • Experience supporting system analysis requirements for all aspects of the BDQAS program
  • Ability to support system sustainment and system development efforts
  • Ability to develop accurate and detailed documentation
  • Provide customer support for file transfer and feedback reports

Required Skills/Education:

  • DHA, MHS, AFMS experience supporting data quality requirements.
  • ADP or IT Level II IAW DoD 5200.2-R
  • Computing Environment (CE) and security certification
  • SQL query writing
  • MOVEit DMZ experience preferred
