Job Title: FMS Senior Financial Manager

Job Description:

This position is a Financial Manager for the Medium Altitude UAS Division supporting the MQ-9 Reaper System Program Office and the United Kingdom FMS case.

Duties include assisting the CFO and SAPM/DSAPM with managing and reconciling financial records, advisory and draft documentation support for the development of program budgets, and the tracking and reporting of funds execution on an on-going basis. Shall assist with budget forecasting, program or financial execution reporting, and reviews.

Additionally, shall assist in performing fact finding, analytical, cost and advisory functions using automated financial management information systems, and shall assist with developing time-phased estimates. Must have knowledge and experience with the Air Force Instruction 65 series, and DoD/AFMC/Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS) financial management instructions and associated regulations. Must have experience in Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCARS), Commander’s Resource Integration System (CRIS), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), FM Suite System, and BQ (HO69) accounting systems.

Required Skills/Education:

Minimum fourteen (14) years' experience in functional area and possess a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to functional area; or a relevant Master's degree and ten (10) years' experience in functional area; or eighteen (18) years in functional area without a degree. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.
