Specialized Education and Experience Required: In addition to the senior-level requirements in Section 3.1.1, the Contractor shall have in depth knowledge of Digital Engineering Processes and software development. The Contractor shall have experience with Open Mission Systems, Government Referenced Architectures, Digital Engineering and software development.
Support outlining of software design options, required technical standards (platform and coding), and other necessary applicable design requirements.
Provide expertise advice to Government Program Manager in support of designing and implementing Government Referenced Architecture and Digital Engineering processes.
Be a primary interface to any outsourced software development consulting and to any prime or sub vendor responsible for software development.
